FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the work process work?+

It starts with a free consultation. Then we assess your project, send you a proposal with scope, timeline, and a fixed price, sign a simple agreement, and begin production in phases with review checkpoints.

Do I keep the rights to my book?+

Yes. You retain 100% of the copyright to your work at all times. We provide a service; we never acquire rights to your text or your brand.

Do you work with unpublished manuscripts?+

Yes. Most of our clients arrive with a finished, unpublished manuscript. We also work with already-published books that need a relaunch.

How long does a project usually take?+

A cover is typically delivered within 3 to 7 days. Formatting takes 2 to 5 days. Editing depends on length: 1 to 3 weeks. Promotion campaigns run 4 to 8 weeks.

Which platforms do you support?+

Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Draft2Digital, Apple Books, Kobo, and Google Play Books, as well as printing through local print shops on request.

Can I hire just one service?+

Of course. You can hire only the cover, only editing, or any single service. We don't require full packages.

How are revisions handled?+

Each package specifies the number of included revisions. We collect your feedback in a single list per round to keep the process quick and organized.

How do payments work?+

Fiverr services are paid directly on the platform, with its buyer protection. Agency projects are paid in two installments: 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.

Do you guarantee sales or that my book will be a bestseller?+

No. No one can honestly guarantee sales. We guarantee professional quality, met deadlines, measurable work, and full transparency in our reporting.

What happens once the project is finished?+

We deliver all final files, including editable versions when included in the package, and support you through uploading to the platforms.

What languages do you work in?+

We primarily work in Spanish and English, and reach out to international reader communities.

Can I see examples of past work?+

Yes. In the Portfolio section and the Case Studies you'll find covers, formatting, websites, and campaigns with details of the work performed.
