All services are performed based on a scope, timeline, and rate agreed upon in writing beforehand. Revisions, deliverables, and milestones are documented for each project.
You retain full ownership of your manuscript, your brand, and the final deliverables. We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Payment terms, refund conditions, and cancellation policies are specified in your individual project agreement. Please read your agreement carefully before signing.
